Training Class Delivery
You may have an existing class you need delivered intermittently, but keeping a full time trainer on staff is inefficient. Alternately, your trainers may be too busy to keep up with new demand. We can learn your class and deliver it at your site or take it on the road. We are there when you need us for the training and gone until the next time.
Good trainers need two core skills, a good grasp of the material and the ability to convey the material to the students without boring or confusing them. A trainer cannot just read the slides, they need to weave real world examples and stories born from experience into the presentation to fill in around the slide outline.
Experience lends credibility to the trainer and we have experience across multiple disciplines. Our technical expertise allows us to quickly absorb the material and our presentation ability gives us consistent high marks on the delivery.

Training Class Development
Hands-on training development is the process of creating germane slide content and challenging lab examples. Ideally a fun, thematic thread runs through the content and labs as a reference point to keep the students’ interest.
Once created, the class needs a dry run, any modifications need to be incorporated, the student guides are printed and the class is packaged for installation on local or customer site training machines.
